Position Description
SkinCeuticals, a division of L'Oreal USA, is looking for a highly talented Sales Professional. Explosive growth and insatiable public demand for the SkinCeuticals product line have created opportunities in sales for qualified sales professionals. SkinCeuticals products are formulated using cutting edge technology and are marketed through the most prominent dermatology and plastic surgery practices and midi-spas worldwide.
THE POSITION
Physicians have recognized the SkinCeuticals sales team for exceptional merit in company identity and presentation and personnel professionalism. We are looking for sales professionals to join this distinguished sales team. Account Executives maintain and develop business in the direct sale of skin care products to physicians and skin care professionals. Our extensive sales training program promotes a consultative education based sales approach. The best SkinCeuticals Account Executives act as a resource to their accounts, offer education and provide business building consultation. Previous sales experience selling into the dermatology, plastic surgery or spa markets is a preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Promotes use of and sale of cosmeceutical and other skin care products to plastic surgeons, dermatologist, day spas, and salons by performing the following duties.
Maintains and develops business in the direct sale of skin care products to physicians and skin care professionals using education based selling skills.
Responsible for attainment of sales goals through the SkinCeuticals business review process, new account development and account retention.
Provide education to current and prospective wholesale customers through consumer clinics, seminars, and attendance at trade shows.
Responsible for the effective utilization of resources within territory such as samples, promotional expenses, etc.
Responsible for the appropriate and timely completion of all field reports such as weekly reports, expense reports as well as various administrative tasks as requested.
REQUIREMENTS
Only candidates who possess a proven track record in sales selling to dermatologists, plastic surgeons or estheticians at spas or salons need apply.
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Outside sales experience (sales into the dermatology, plastic surgery, or salon/medi-spa markets is a definite plus)
Strong business acumen and planning and organizational skills
Ability to gain and maintain strong professional relationships
Effective communication/selling skills
Strategic planning skills
