Compensation package

QR 7,500 to QR 10,000 base package DOE + commission structure + bonus


Who we are looking for

As a leasing agent you will report to the Manager, Leasing and Marketing department. You will be responsible for actively marketing available residential properties in our database to customers and negotiating and closing lease contracts. You will also be responsible to act as a Customer Service representative to respond to customer needs and complaints during the term of their tenancy contract.

This is a sales-oriented position with a significant percentage of the compensation being paid on a commission basis, and a tiered structure with the potential for large payments to the leasing agent. Candidates will be expected to hit company targets for leases per month in order to maintain their employment standing. Summary of job functions

• Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients
• Promote the properties in the company database for lease through assisting with advertising, attendance at open houses or promotional events
• Generate and qualify leads; source and develop client referrals
• Maintain good records and reports utilizing the company CRM database software
• Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
• Ensure customer satisfaction and good client relationships
• Greet the customers, provide them with such information they need and show them properties available for rent
• Coordinate appointments to show properties to prospective customers
• Inspect conditions of the premises, and complete reports to arrange for necessary maintenance by the Property Management department
• Prepare lease contracts based on templates
• Coordinate closing of the lease including documentation, record-keeping and customer move-in
• Review and understand all leasing contract terms and conditions and be knowledgeable to answer customer questions

Skills

Education, skills and experience

 High school diploma, some college coursework desirable
 Candidates with a university degree in sales or marketing will be given preference for this role
 Eight (8) years sales and marketing experience
 Five (5) years experience in leasing / sales of properties with a real estate company
 Relevant product and industry knowledge of the Qatari or GCC real estate market
 Prior experience with CRM software required
 Knowledge of principles and practices of sales
 Knowledge of customer service principles
 Proven ability to achieve sales targets

Other requirements / restrictions

 Fluent English speaker (native speaker preferred) required for this position
 Fluency in any other European language or Arabic a plus
 Any other languages spoken would be a bonus
 Candidates currently based in Qatar or another GCC country only
 If currently employed in Qatar you must be able to produce an NOC (no objection certificate) from your current employer
 Current GCC or Qatari driving license or ability to obtain Qatar driving license required
 Responsible for having your own vehicle
 Company will provide SIM card
