Description:

The Interactive Operations Manager will be key to the success of the Indirect Online space. This individual will be working x-functionally with Global marketing to ensure that appropriate budget guidance is provided, as well as to define the needs of our partners platforms and help define the ESIS in conjunction with RCM and Activation that a quality Nokia experience is developed and launched on ensp sites. In addition this individual will be responsible for training the LSU's in optimizing their demand generation to drive sales and overall quality experience. This individual will be an expert in demand generation, platform dynamics/technology, digital optimization and interactive site flow.

•Creates and implements short and long-term business plans, by collecting and analysing relevant information and using Nokia's resources, tools and processes in order to achieve agreed targets
•Plans and manages activities that drive profitable sales throughout the relevant channels (Retail, Distributor, Operator/Carrier,) based on a thorough understanding of the consumer, trade customer, segmentation, category management and Nokia's portfolio differentiators and their value proposition.
•Works effectively with customers, business partners, and colleagues in cross-functional relationships across organizational boundaries (direct, matrix and virtual) to deliver superior results. Establishes strong, mutually beneficial strategic relationships internally and externally
•Sets direction based on strategy, engaging others with a clear direction, goals and targets.
•Delegates work appropriately and fairly. Motivates and empowers others.
