- Responsible of the proper organization of the warehouses (indoor/outdoor, racks, labeling…) and ensuring that the turnover of items is as per FIFO system.
- Ensures that goods are well protected, safeguarded and proper storage conditions are available.
- Ensures that the physical counts in all warehouses are carried out timely and in an organized way.
- Ensures that the minimum re-order level is respected by warehouses
- Ensures that all transactions relevant to warehouses are processed daily
- Insures that prior to the arrival of any goods to Glassline, the concerned units are informed and have received the required documents for inspection and warehousing.
- Is responsible to ensure that proper unloading, inspection and warehousing areas are available
- Is responsible to Insure that inspections are carried out in due time as per set procedures
- In case of any defects or non-conformity observed during the unloading or the inspection processes, insures that the defect log is updated, the incident is documented and that the concerned departments are informed.
- Controls and ensures the implementation of all safety regulations by team members.
- Monitors and ensures the good housekeeping of warehouses and trucking areas
