- To develop business opportunities and relationships with major accounts in order to promote sales of water and wastewater treatment plants within the designated region (Western and Centeral).
- Proactively promote sales to general contractors, developers, end users and others
- Build mutually beneficial customer relationships
- Generate, screen, evaluate and respond to sales inquiries from customers.
- Achieve and exceed area sales objectives and contribute to the company's growth plans for increasing the sales of water and wastewater treatment plants.
- Adhere to company procedures and guidelines in connection with all transactions and business practices
- Negotiate complex contract terms and conditions during the process of sales.
- Develop and maintain a customer database related to waste water industry.
- Liaise with proposals, design, and operations departments to prioritize efforts, and improve customer service, consistent with overall organizational goals, strategies and account plans.
- Support and train sales engineers as per the requirements.
•Report on performance against targets, forecasting, competition, key market information's and any complaints from customers
- To work closely with internal marketing resources to develop marketing plans to develop awareness and reach customers within the territory.
- Leading the physical development of the technical activities and representing the best interests of the company in line with budget and legal requirements.
