Promotes, encourages, and assists Onshore OPCOs and companies to fully adopt and implement Asset Integrity Management System. Raise the level of integrity compliance, assurance and keep the risks as low as reasonably practical.
• Provides technical inputs and recommendation to Onshore Division Management with regard to ensure progress of asset integrity management in OPCOs.
• Participates in asset integrity audit reviews to identify the gaps and promote the best practices in the asset integrity management.
• Identifies critical integrity issues and areas of concern in order to ensure timely achievement of set goals and targets.
• Ensures with operating companies that timely replacement strategies and execution plans are in place keeping the RISKS as low as reasonably practical.
• Works with the OPCOs to raise awareness and highlight the importance of asset integrity management systems to be in place and followed properly.
• Works with the OPCOs to ensure that the emergency equipment and systems associated with assets are in good shape, functional, and able to avoid any escalation of damage from incidents.
• Makes sure, through technical reporting, that integrity management systems and processes are verified, being implemented, and results are within the acceptable norm.
• Participates in technical committee and sub-committee meetings with Operating companies and raise to the management the issues that need to be tackled and improved.
• Attends seminars, workshops, and conferences to ensure exposure to latest technologies and share industry best practices.
• Conducts together with other shareholders asset and operational integrity audits to onshore oil companies as and when required. The focus would be to ensure that the facilities are fit for purpose and safe to operate on the short and long term through the adoption of asset integrity management system.
• Provides technical advice on corrosion control, monitoring, inspection techniques and integrity strategies.
• Ensures that all work performed and recommendations are in line with ADNOC Health, safety, and environmental policy and standards.
• Performs other similar duties, as assigned.
