Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare foods and maintains high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and related areas.
- Responsible for kitchen sanitation and housekeeping.
- Have experience in International Cuisine.
- Very good knowledge and experience of Western, Arabic, Indian food and preparation of pastry & bakery.
- Wide knowledge about different types of food is required
- Ability to plan a variety of menus
- Control on store and food cost
- Menu planning and form recipes of new items
- Consistency in all work
- Promotional event organizing
