Position Summary:
You will be responsible for developing, managing and growing sales from current and new customers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia region, including the following:
•Planning and forecasting of pipeline and revenues (using NetSuite.com) expected for the financial year, on a month per month and quarter per quarter basis
•Identifying key partners in your territory to drive incremental indirect revenue
•Recruiting and educating new partners by providing sales and orientation training and continuous development of existing partners
•Maintaining relationships between Lexicomp and distributors, resellers and systems integrators
•Manage and close Lexicomp direct and indirect sales opportunities through partners or by acting as a Direct Sales Representative
•Managing the current direct Accounts through regular sales presentations to executives on strategic topics and making managerial contacts made aware of new product offerings
•Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients
•Completing sales-related administrative work, as required (via NetSuite update and management)
Desired Experience
•Proven sales track record
•5-7 years successful outside sales experience (Healthcare or I.T sales strongly preferred)
•Demonstrated experience in the healthcare domain, preferably hospital settings and/or national ministries of health
•Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
•Must be a self-starter and a strong closer.
•Strong customer facing, marketing, presentation, business development and strategic thinking skills
•Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
•Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm)
•Willingness to travel

SITE ELECTRICAL ENGINEER Job

JOB DESCRIPTION.
Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Project Manager, the Site Electrical Engineer plans, controls and monitors the actual execution of all electrical related works of the project, to ensure that the project will be done in accordance with all the approved construction drawings, contract documents, specifications and all applicable standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
 Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site.

 Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.

 Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the Asst. Project Manager for approval prior to execution at site.

 Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.

 Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the electrical work groups at site.

 Plans the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the works to mechanical and civil groups.

 Coordinates with Client / Consultant's representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.

 Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all electrical groups at site.

 Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.

 Supports the Asst. Project Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the electrical groups at site.

 Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.

 Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.

 Directly responsible for the safety of all electrical groups' personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards.

 Performs other related duties as may be required by the Asst. Project Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION.
Under the direct supervision of the Site Architect, the Architectural Supervisor plans, and executes all assigned finishing related works, ensures that the works will be done in accordance with all the approved construction drawings, contract documents, specifications and all applicable standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
 Generally responsible for site supervisions of all delegated architectural works at site.

 Allocates and utilizes effectively and efficiently all the available resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., in executing the works.

 Leads construction team/s in executing the assigned tasks.

 Supervises directly and provides supports to all the work groups assigned to him.

 Ensures that all the target accomplishments given by the Site Architect will be completed at the end of the day.

 Monitors the efficiency, productivity and work loads of the workers.

 Checks the attendance of all workers assigned directly under his supervisions.

 Assign targets for accomplishments to each workers and ensure targets are met on daily basis.

 Prepares and submits site daily reports on regular basis or as required.

 Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.

 Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.

 Directly responsible for the safety of all personnel assigned to him by giving daily safety tool box talks and reminders to them. Ensures that the jobs will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards.

 Performs other duties as may be required by the Site Architect.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Project Manager, the Site Civil Engineer plans, controls and monitors the actual execution of all civil related works of the project, to ensure that the project will be done in accordance with all the approved construction drawings, contract documents, specifications and all applicable standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generally responsible for implementations of all civil works at site.
- Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all civil works prior to execution.
- Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the Asst. Project Manager for approval prior to execution at site.
- Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
- Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the civil work groups at site.
- Plans the execution of all civil related works and coordinates the works to electrical and mechanical groups.
- Monitors the actual physical works at site.
- Coordinates with Client / Consultant's representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.
- Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all civil groups at site.
- Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
- Supports the Asst. Project Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the civil groups at site.
- Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
- Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
- Directly responsible for the safety of all civil groups' personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards.
- Performs other related duties as may be required by the Asst. Project Manager.
