Overview:
We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator for our Solar Division. This position will be based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.

The purpose of this position is to provide marketing support & the implementation of successful internal and external marketing campaign and tools. In order to be successful, the Marketing Coordinator must proactively support the marketing and sales departments, and work closely with key individuals within the business. Duties include project management, business partner relationship management, creation of marketing materials, management of the LG Solar website, collateral concept, annual B2B trade show support, special projects/assignments and other key marketing department duties.

Position Description:
Coordinate all marketing activities with outside personnel and internal staff.
Support development and design of material for all LG solar marketing, events and sales to include Advertisements, Sales Materials, and Written copy including Website.
Major North America tradeshow support and coordination.
Graphic design for thought leadership activities-to include creating or contributing to landing pages, pdfs, pamphlets, brochures, etc.
Coordinate events and tradeshow data collection and tracking to determine successes and areas of improvement for all events.
Support local online marketing activity by routing online content, web collateral, copy, design, and online advertising etc. for input and approval.
Coordinate and support sales marketing activities.
Coordinate with sales team to ensure marketing best practices.
Gather and organize data/lead generate metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Management or a related field.
1-2 years professional experience in Marketing.
Excellent writing, editing and communication skills.
Must be detail and process oriented.
Excellent understanding of basic marketing and advertising concepts.
Confident in working autonomously but with a keen competency and appreciation for collaborating with other team members.
Strong analytical skills with an eye on process improvement.
Knowledge of basic graphic design and Web design skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Customer orientation is critical.
Comfortable with technology and its applications within the marketing industry.
