Position Description:
• Support Commercial Laundry business development :
- Support development.
- Identify commercial laundry regulation, standard and use environment
- Dealer support: Product introduction, SVC training and resolve quality issues.
- Find customer needs and engineering planning
• Household Laundry biz support
- Support engineering.
- Field quality improvement support
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (BA) in engineering, science, and technology, or related.
Experience and in-depth understanding of commercial laundry engineering or quality area.
- Minimum 5 years commercial laundry engineering design experienced.
- Ability to identify commercial laundry field quality details.
- Knowledge of commercial laundry product
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of how to solve problems
- Skills of basic work planning including idntifying action items
Able to perform tasks successfully with minimum guidance under short timelines.
Ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment.
Preferred:
Experience with commercial laundry design engineering and also who has experienced field quality.
