Overview:
We are currently seeking a Human Resources Administrator to work in our Englewood Cliffs, NJ Office. This position is primarly responsible for HRIS and general HR Dept administrative duties.

Position Description:
HRIS Activities
Accurate and timely entry of HRIS data into all HR systems (ADP EV5, Oracle, Success Factors)
Responsible for System Table Maintenance/Company level data in all HR systems
Monthly and ad hoc Reporting – PTO balance report, headcount reports, email distribution lists, termination reports, etc.
Capable of providing initial analysis and findings of report results
Audit and quality control/review activities to ensure 100% accuracy throughout all HRIS systems
Serve as back-up to Payroll

Research and resolve PTO balances and eTime inquiries and updates
Distribute new-hire and terminated employee notifications
Monthly maintenance and distribution of organization charts
Manage external employment verification process and respond to escalated inquires
Serve as data expert and continually increase automation and process improvements

Budget Management for Human Resources function
Review, process and submit HR invoices for LGEUS
Serve as on-going liaison between HR department and Planning Team to ensure Budget is managed appropriately.
HR Administrative Support
Participate in team projects to gain exposure to other HR disciplines (Staffing, Compensation and Benefits, HRIS, Payroll, Internal Communications)
Coordinate appointments/meetings for HR Team
Submit weekly expenses and travel for Vice President, HR
Misc administrative tasks (shipping, filing, ordering supplies, ordering meals, scanning, faxing) and other duties as assigne
Compensation & Benefits Activities
System administrator for Rewards & Recognition and Total Rewards Statements programs
Responsible for coordinating distribution of quarterly sales incentive statements.
Manage the administration and communication of Service Award Program and Welcome Notes from CEO
Service Award, Welcome Notes
Qualifications:
Associates degree in Human Resources or Business required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
1-2 years of human resources experience utilizing the following:
ADP Enterprise version 5
ADP eTIME
ADP Reporting
Human Resources, HRIS, Payroll
MS Office suite knowledge. Prefer exceptional skills in Excel and Powerpoint.
Requires attention to detail, 100% accuracy, and effective and clear communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to troubleshoot issues and prioritize
Outstanding organizational skills; attention to detail
Strong follow-through skills and strong sense of ownership
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees across multiple functions (IT, finance, payroll, etc.); strong customer service focus
Resourcefulness to work individually; flexibility to work as a team player
Handle confidential and sensitive information with complete integrity
Proactive and results-oriented
