Overview:
We are currently seeking a Workplace Operations Specialist for our Buffalo Grove, IL office.
The workplace operations Specialist will be in charge of General Affairs of the New HA R& D Building, including but not limited to: Building management and maintance planning.
Position Description:
General affairs
- General Building Management / Maintenance Planning
- Manage Lab Facility and its equipment
- Building Security Management and control
Testing Lab Facility Support.
- Set up facility operation process by co-working with lab management
- Manage Lab Facility and Infrastructure buildup / improvement / maintenance
Budget planning and expense control
- Setup Annual Budget
- Purchasing of equipment for Lab / Facility Operation
- Co-work with accounting department for finance management
Lab operation - Support Misc. building / lab activities
- Support Department events (VIP, Holidays, etc.)
Qualifications:
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- Bi-lingual : English & Korean (Communication with Korean Administration)
- Expertise in MS office : Power Point, Word, Excel
