GIS Analyst (Senior)

Khatib & Alami (K&A Consultants) office in Cairo seeks the position of GIS Analyst, immediately to work in several projects for Khatib & Alami (K&A Consultants) in Egypt and abraod. 
Duties and Responsibilities 
- Develop Use cases, and test cases using UML and other modelling/analysis techniques (story boards, simulations..etc.) 
- Collaborate closely with technical project manager to ensure technical reporting and technical documentation requirements are met on time. 
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document input 
- Select key indicators to model 
- Identify and document required data types and sources for developing indicator models 
- Collaborate with Developers and GIS Specialists for system analysis and design tasks and activities to ensure the geodatabase is designed to model the business efficiently. 
- Prepare and publish conceptual data model based on study results 
- Assist in data layer schemas, subtypes and domains 
- Assist in metadata and data dictionary documentation 
- Coordinate with GIS Consultants and Communication Specialist to provide technical documentation in support of promoting the accomplishments and progress of the project.
