Operation Manager


Job Description

Operations Manager will be a full member of the Management Committee, chaired by the Director-General of the tasks of this committee work plans and future direction of medium-and long-term operations at the facility.
As will also be responsible for the daily operations of the facility, and will lead a team of concerned department within the working relationship directly, in addition to his responsibility in the coordination and follow-up with customers and various government agencies.
Work may require the necessities of survival, director of operations under the demand to make sure the workflow and achieve the expected plans.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Guidance and follow up the different sections under his administration (the maintenance department, security, operations) to make sure that each department does its job properly and within the budget set for it and achieve the expected goals.
- Stay in touch with the various clients of the facility and ensure the progress of work as required and in the interest of customers.
- Work within the budget established for various expenses and effective manner.
- Ensure you understand the customers and all staff fully understand the provisions and laws established for the facility.
- Coordination and follow-up with various local government agencies and regional to make sure that the ability of customers to exercise their activities within the facility are safe and without any obstruction.

Skills

Experience of not less than 10 years in the field in the management and operation of commercial facilities.
- Holds a BC's degree in business administration in addition to the bachelor's degree in engineering from the University are known.
- Leadership skills and ability to supervise.
- Ability to strategic planning
- Strong understanding of the nature of the various processes for the management of residential facilities, offices and commercial markets.
- Experience in management strategies of enterprises ..
- Negotiating and leading figure and the owner of the spirit of teamwork.
- The ability of the analysis, familiarity with financial matters and the ability to speak the full and write both Arabic and English.
- The ability to develop team work.
- The ability to deal with the pressures of work high.
- Skills to find solutions to problems
