Reporting to: Head of HR & Admin
Salary Range: 350K to 450K -- may vary depending upon profile. 1800 cc car and 250 litres petrol.

Job Description:
-- Lead HR business partnership team
-- Work as a bridge between line management and HR functions for ensuring quick turnaround time on all HR services transactions.
-- Act as an Advisor to line on strategic HR and organizational matters.
-- Closely work with corporate teams of HR (Recruitment, compensation and Organizational development) for catering to the requirements of business while remaining in the KPIs.
-- Work closely with the top tier for continuously improving HR processes and ensuring feedback is gathered to respond to current and future challenges of business.
-- Manage employee engagement and ensure proper utilization of funds while coming up with unique and divisions focused programs.
-- Ensure that regular status updates are shared with the management on the progress of all activities relevant to HR function.
-- Manage team for successful implementation for Organizational development initiatives for culture advancement and talent management.
-- Ensure effective management of new joiners induction and orientation for projecting company as an employer of choice.
-- Review and propose changes to the management where ever required and help tailor best HR solutions to the business needs.
-- Involvement in the interviewing process for recruitment at senior level.
-- Analyze existing HR processes and suggest improvements where applicable.
