Looking for an IT Project Manager to be part of a highly skilled and motivated team of IT individuals. The resource is expected to manage a couple of major projects (Major meaning complex and high valued and critical projects) delivering various IT and Networking solutions and services.

The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Main Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
in a timely and clear fashion.
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
• Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.
• Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
• Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.

Sales Planning process :
Review previous month actuals versus plan, including self productivity; Initiate corrective action, where required to address shortfalls; Discuss and agree on sales target for the month with TL / Branch in charge in order to plan for achievement of sales targets.
Prospect generation
Understand focus models across segments; Select potential people to contact for prospecting (through personal contacts, telephone directory, previous lost customers, internal databases of existing customers); Make cold-calls; Conduct road-shows, presentations etc; for specific target segments (teachers, taxi-drivers, corporate etc); Coordinate with marketing and execute promotional activities for existing and new vehicle launch; Understand requirements of prospects; Qualify such suspects ( need to buy, desire to buy, urgency of requirement, budget etc); Explain range of products to potential customers; Persuade prospect to visit the showroom; Arrange for test-drives in order to increase the number of prospects in the focus models.
Prospect management
Enter timely and accurate prospect data; Closely follow-up prospects; Update in real-time progress of prospects through various stages of the funnel; Report conversions and non-conversions accurately (Sold, Lost, Deferred, Cancelled) for all prospects in funnel; Coordinate with team manager and other functions to prevent leakages; Escalate any pre-loss of sales on a timely basis to minimise actual loss of sales; Highlight any immediate concerns leading to or causing lost sales / delays in conversion (such as trade-in values, financing etc) in order to ensure conversion of prospects into sales.
Sales conversion process
Understand and comply with NSSW to receive, handle and convert walk-ins and prospects; Use sales certification training in actual sales process; Fine-tune understanding of customer requirements, budgets, usage requirements, concerns if any etc; Use all relevant sales tools (such as referrals, testimonials, test-drives, sales-kit, Nitrogen, FAB analysis etc) to address specific customer queries, explain specifications and to educate customer on benefits of the model vis-a-vis competition; Provide tailor-made solutions that address customer's unique requirements; Establish trust, credibility as well as close rapport with customers; Negotiate price, terms and conditions; Offer financial schemes & other offers; Coordinate with Used Cars for trade-ins; Collect down-payment and other documents; Coordinate with support functions (C&C, MCD etc); Secure necessary approvals; Escalate issues for resolution; Deliver vehicle; Adhere to delivery guidelines / check-lists; Seek referrals; Provide accurate and timely lost-sales data in order to convert a prospect into a regular customer.

Senior Structural Site Engineer Job - SSH International

To supervise works with particular reference to inspection, certification & quality control of site structural and civil works to ensure conformity with all contract documents for the project.

- Check / review Contractor's shop drawings for all structural works, including coordination with all the electrical, mechanical, specialist disciplines and architectural requirements of the project and with all the regulatory requirements.
- Implement the contract documents requirements, such as design drawings, specifications, Bill of Quantities, contract conditions, etc. on site.
- Review / check and recommend the correct completed progress percentages of all civil and structural activities to the client / CM for Contractor's Monthly Payment Applications.
- Check, review and approve all the civil and structural materials submittals, proposals, calculations and samples. Refer any complicated design issues to SSH design office for assistance in review.
- Inform Resident Engineer and Head of Structures immediately if any serious incident occurs which could affect the safety, stability, serviceability or durability of the structure, adjacent structures, (or temporary structures), whether in the short or long term. If appropriate, instruct emergency procedures to avoid accidental damage.
- Inspect the civil and structural materials delivered to the project site for compliance with approved materials data / samples. Ensure that testing of the materials is carried out in accordance with the project specifications and relevant codes/standards. Reject and ensure removal and replacement of non compliant materials.
- Check quality of civil and structural works to ensure compliance with the contract specification requirements, method statements and approvals.
- Issue JSIs, SWIs and NCRs as the case may be applicable.
- Review and approve the As Built drawings.
- Review and comment on contractors method statements, quality plans and safety plans.
- Carry out regular periodic inspections at the site to ensure that safety standards are being maintained (e.g. scaffolding, formwork, ladders, shoring, dewatering, etc.)
- Ensure that subordinates on the site are fulfilling their duties correctly with respect to the day to day supervision of the civil and structural works.
- Respond to contractor's RFI's related to civil/structural works. Coordinate with SSH design office if additional design information is required.
- Assist in preparation of snagging lists.
- Assist in preparation and issue of Taking Over and Final Completion Certificates for the building works.

23. Ensure through Manager QA/QC and HSE that actions are taken on NCRs/CARs in the project to ensure project effectiveness.

Advise the structural engineer or SRE on all observed non-conformances
Mmonitoring HSE and reporting HSE violations

Assist in the review of contractor’s material, shop drawing and method statement submissions
Attend inspections to ensure that works are constructed in accordance with the contract documentation and method statements
Liaison with the contractor on all construction related matters
Maintain photo and written diaries to record daily works
Assist in the review of As-Built documents
