About the Job:
Job Purpose:
To receive the customers in the dealer and also handle the telephone board to facilitate proper customer reception and better communication-flow (through telephone) in the dealer ship. p align"justify"Customer Reception :
Receive in the after sales customers and direct them to concerned staff to their requirements. The customers belong to different nationalities and to give a good impression, the job holder has to exhibit very pleasing temperament and welcome them with humility and courteousness.p align"justify"Incoming Telephone Calls:
Attend to all the incoming calls and direct the same to the concerned staff members without delay as far as possible. If the concerned telephone extension is busy, the caller is advised either to wait call the line or to call back. In some cases, telephone numbers are noted and the call is returned as soon as the line is free. In case the called person is not available on his seat or he is out on official duties, the message is taken and passed on to him as soon as he returns from outside.p align"justify"Outgoing Telephone Calls:
As per the requirement of the staff members, calls are connected outside. Records for overseas calls are kept for verification purpose at the time of receiving bills from Etisalat and also to charge the same to the concerned persons' personal account.p align"justify"Customer Inquiries:
Attend to customer inquiries on phone or personal regarding Dealer after sales timing, showroom timings, product information, telephone numbers, locations, etc. Normal inquiries are handled by the job holder herself. In case technical information or any other serious nature, the inquiries are directed to the concerned sales staff manager for their handling.p align"justify"Telephone Messages:
Take down all messages for staff members who are on outside duties and pass on the message to them promptly either when they return to the showroom or over the phone/beep as per their convenience.p align"justify"Scrutiny of Telephone Bills:
Verify the contents of monthly telephone bills and pass on the same to the Branch Accountant for arranging payment. All personal calls are charged to the personal account of the staff concerned. Copies of the Telephone bills are kept for record and future reference.p align"justify" p align"justify"
