- Suggests reviews updates and implements the Policies & Procedures to suit the objective of the department
- Conduct Interviews, hire new staffs and provide employee orientation
- Coordinate with Human Resources for appropriate staffing levels
- Prepare Shift Roaster on Monthly basis for the respective teams
- Prepare annual leave schedule for the respective team
- Prepare daily and monthly reporting as required by the C.O.O.
- Ensure proper capturing of the data on the system with focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Controls and Channels the assignment of issues to appropriate departments
- Ensures the only issue that requires channeling are sent to the action department
- Ensures that while performing their duties to have medical ethics respected at all times
