Job description

The Business Analyst Lead is responsible for translating client's business requirements into specific Siebel system, application, and process designs.

This includes working with client personnel and executives to identify functional requirements and subsequently working with and leading others in the identification, justification and design of the client's CRM solution.

Responsible for a wide range of activities from requirements analysis through design specification. Readiness to travel within the region and globally is required.

Technical:

• General knowledge of Telco business systems environment

• Good understanding of corporate IT policies, procedures and standards

• Knowledge of Service Level Commitments

• General Knowledge of technology across platforms

• Analytical capabilities




Interpersonal:

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Negotiation skills

• Decision making skills

Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization

Bachelor's Degree
