Job Purpose


Achieve and build sales of Etihad's products and services by developing solid relationships with Travel Industry partners and Corporate accounts who are based in Thailand.






Take a proactive approach towards the achievement of pre-determined sales / growth targets.


Demonstrate superior presentation and communication skills in order to educate travel industry partners on market leading products and services.






Identify key incremental revenue opportunities and achieve set revenue targets


Evaluate and report all trade and competitor activity to ensure company maintains market awareness.


Take a strategic approach to developing and maintaining brand awareness and recognition.


Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and work ethic


Complete all administration duties accurately, effectively and in a timely manner


Willing to work long and unusual hours, if required.






Responsibilities


Achieve the set revenue, yield and volume targets


Complete and execute individual account development plans for top 20% of agents


Sales calls to focus on top 20% of agents


Ensure territory activity is within agreed cost of sale targets


All sales activity to be recorded in SF


Develop relationship with Travel Industry partners and Corporate accounts


Evaluate and report all trade and competitor activity to ensure company maintains market awareness.












Requirements


University Graduate


Minimum 3 years sales experience with a recognised airline or travel agency.


Strong local knowledge of the travel markets in Thailand.


Possess influential networking and negotiation skills


Have management experience at a junior level, and be prepared to act on your own initiative.


Have a pleasant, outgoing personality, good inter-personal skills whilst being a strong team player.


Must possess a valid local driving license.


Must be computer literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc/knowledge of MS Office applications, Office applications
