Being a bilingual English and Arabic speaker, you will be a key driver in account strategy, and you will be required to develop and execute the assigned channels business plans through successful leadership and development of a team of Key Accounts Managers/Executives.
You will essentially identify new accounts and seek opportunities to develop existing accounts and ultimately monitor their overall performance. This will be in-line with policies and budgets to maximize and promote the fast-moving consumer goods portfolio of a global FMCG company in the Middle East.
We are seeking a high potential Market Development Manager who must have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, and specific previous experience of managing Key or National Accounts. You must have experience within an FMCG sector, along with an excellent understanding of sales, marketing, and finance principles. You must also have exposure to channel management, especially HoReCa and Modern Trade channels.
