Job description

Being a high caliber candidate with business acumen and experience, he/she will be able to build credibility in the business and have consultancy skills to aid in the guidance of the projects.




He/She develops and prepares written project plans addressing tasks, roles and responsibilities, risk, resources, budget, communications, quality, and organization.

He/She develops work breakdown structure. Performs critical path analysis and develop time-lines for completion of tasks, measuring the deliverable work packages of the project against the project plan.




He/She Manages project risk through comprehensive mitigation assessment and planning techniques.

He/She leads an effective change control process within the project, obtain approvals for changes to scope, budget, and schedule that effect the critical path.




Skills Required:




Technical:

• Must have managed one or more big or multiple Siebel projects

• Very strong Project Management background

• Solid Telecom experience

• Formal Project Management certification

• Big 4 experience is definite plus




Interpersonal:

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Negotiation skills

• Decision making skills

Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization

Build credibility at Senior Management and Board level.

English essential, Arabic is a plus.
