In addition you could be supporting IBM client customers from a varied portfolio of industries such as telecommunications, healthcare, banking, information services, government work and more.
You could also be the "go to" person for general inquiries, service delivery, technical support and database management requests. In fact a whole range of opportunities awaits you. You'll develop the experience and knowledge of specialized tools and procedures to address requests efficiently and effectively - to ensure highly satisfied customers.
