Overall Responsibilities:
• Is responsible for Setting, Opening and Operation Catering Division in Kuwait in coordination with the Operation's Manager.
• Responsible for the Catering Operational and Finacial outcome
Job Responsibilities:
- The manager is wholly responsible for timely production and delivery as per the requirement, ensuring that his team is fully trained to high standards of customer service and care.
- Experience in the environment of mass food production, using latest technology / Automatic cooking equipment.
- Run a unit, Mass catering experience in camps is an added advantage.
- Direct supervision of entire catering operation including supply chain and report to the management on day to day .
- Outstanding service delivery, well managed cost and budget control and business development are integral parts of this job.
- Candidate will be financially focused and commercially aware to run a high active, high energy unit.
- Knowledge and practical experience in Hygiene standards is a must - HACCP.
- Responsible for Kitchen Equipment and Gas bank maintenance and safety.
- Responsible for catering staff personal hygiene and other areas cleaning like kitchen, storage, mess and utility area .
