
Software Test Engineer - 612304
Description
The candidate will be responsible for defining ATE/Intel test library software requirements, test library code development / maintenance, and validating functionality / performance against mainstream Intel CPU devices. These include (but are not limited to) Tester Operating System GUIs and APIs, Intel custom library interfaces, DFT (Design For Test) feature control, test class / user function test case development, and automation interfaces. The candidate will be required to use test program generation and conversion tools, write API definition documentation, supporting users, and feature enhancements for an internally developed ATE platform.
Opportunities include:
� Development and deployment of Intel ATE tester operating system code using object oriented C++ and C#.
� Cutting-edge test development support including requirements for multi-core, high-speed digital, mixed signal, etc. products.
� Work closely with internal teams to support test program content, validation, characterization, and manufacturing release issues.
� Support of high volume manufacturing sites to insure smooth high volume production.
