Job Purpose

You will be responsible to provide support to sales team in delivering their revenue and profitability targets;liaising with travel trade, Etihad management locally and Head Office departments where appropriate. Provide full analytical support internally to account managers and management as required.




Responsibilities

Your responsibilities shall include but not limited to:




Support Account Managers, the Local Management team, Global Sales Support and Travel Trade activity, considering company verses client requirements in the process

Maintain client records in Salesforce.com, ensuring that other records that are/may be required for Audit purposes (eg FOC records) are continually up to date.

Process Travel Agency refunds and MCO's.




Process Travel Agency ADM's, waivers and favours

FOC reservations, through to FOC ticket issue – ensuring TSR is correct in the process

Fare Filing preparation and contract raising

Data preparation on a monthly basis for Account Managers and SM, including BSP reporting and data preparation for ADP's. Prepares monthly BRM input from the UK

Fare distribution to trade, trade updates as required

Assist in Commercial related activity as required; attend events and promote Etihad in best light at all times.




Requirements

Educated to High School or higher. Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral English, computer and GDS competency. Motivated self-starter with a penchant for sales




You are required to have the following:




Minimum of 2 years experience, preferably with an airline in a customer/sales services environment.

GDS knowledge, Fares and Ticketing

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High computer literacy – MS office package…Word, Excel and Powerpoint.



OPERATING ENVIRONMENT:




Office based, the role will operate within a pressured environment and working out of office hours to meet the job requirement may be necessary. Quick response times to clients are of key importance, meeting internal deadlines is paramount. A flexible approach is needed, good listening skills and an ability to prioritise is equally important
