SAP HR PA/OM Senior Consultant (IND)
The
SAP HR Senior Consultant (SC) is responsible for successful delivery of
HR technology/process deliverables, particularly in the SAP HR PA / OM
module. This role assists clients in the selection, planning, fit
analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation
support of large-scale SAP HR solutions. The SC will also be involved in
improving operational metrics & developing business cases.
He/she
will provide functional knowledge, manage client relationships within
the context of their role, and may lead a project workstream consisting
of consultants, subcontractors, remote global resources, and client
employees. The SC also helps develop proposals and participates in sales
pursuits. 100% travel.
This
individual will develop and maintain the configuration and functional
design documents and support role based profile changes. The individual
is expected to perform all tasks in the development cycle, starting from
business process definition, to configuration and unit testing,
assistance and follow-up with user testing, to co-ordination of
transports to Production, to training and post-live support and fixes,
etc.
This role assists
clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of
application packaged solutions. They use in-depth consulting skills,
business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively
integrate packaged technology into the clients' business environment in
order to achieve client expected business results.

Required
High School Diploma/GED
At least 2 years experience in SAP

At least 3 years experience in SAP Organizational Management and Personnel Administration configuration
