Job description

IBM Business Consulting Services is currently looking for an SAP Package Integration Consultant to manage and provide thought leadership to our SAP CRM engagements. Our CRM engagements span a wide range of CRM process areas, including: Service Management, Customer Interaction Center, Sales, Marketing and Internet Sales. This position will be responsible for managing the design, build, test and deployment efforts for SAP CRM technology solutions. The position will provide hands on functional / technical knowledge as well as manage client relationships and project management activities.




Preferred candidates should have SAP CRM certification. 100% travel required.

Required

Bachelor's Degree

At least 4 years experience in Direct hands on experience designing and implementing the SAP CRM module (Experience should include working with version CRM 2007 or higher in both Sales and Service components.

At least 4 years experience in Experience with Interaction Center, Marketing, and e-commerce solutions is also highly desired.)

At least 3 years experience in 2 or more full life cycle, complex SAP CRM implementations as Team Lead or Project Manager for 10+ resources

At least 5 years experience in Hands-on developed project deliverables using a formal/structured methodology in support of packaged software implementations

Readiness to travel 50% travel annually

English: Intermediate

As the majority of our work is performed at client sites with significant travel required, applicants must live near major metropolitan airports.
