Description
Social Media Solutions Architect with strong skills in Social CRM, Social Media or Collaboration required to take on Technology Evangelist role at Mobile hardware manufacturer.
The Social Media Solutions Architect role will see you work closely with multiple business units Globally to design and deliver a world class social platform that provides the infrastructure and business design to empower a global brand to execute social media marketing across the world. These highly innovative solutions enable staff to collaborate and engage with both internal stakeholders as well as real consumers.
Utilising your consulting experience around Collaboration, Social Media, Unified Messaging and Communication solutions you will deliver compelling presentations to a wide range of internal, customer and partner audiences on the key collaboration and social enterprise messages. You will work with the various business units as a trusted advisor, helping them to define and execute their Social Platform strategy and you will share your knowledge with implementation and consulting partners enabling them to offer exceptional delivery of this company's solutions to clients.
To be considered you will be a Solution Architect, Technical Evangelist or Pre Sales Consultant with a strong background in consulting and experience of building, designing and managing Collaboration, Internal Community and Social Media programmes. You will possess a strong knowledge of key collaboration technologies including unified messaging, unified communication architecture, blogging, chat and other integrated solutions and will be able to easily translate complex technical subjects into a strategy which will create business value for customers. Experience designing Collaboration, Social Media, Unified Messaging/Communication solutions closely aligned with business processes is highly desirable. You will have a highly client focussed attitude, excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies. Excellent communication are of course essential and you will work well within a team environment.
Qualifications
· Experience in digital and web marketing with a focus on business design solutions.
· Experience working on social networking / media solutions
· Proven track record of implementing world class solutions with light weight IT integration
Proven to have developed marketing led programs that empower local businesses with solutions to engage in social media.
