Overview:
We are currently seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst position. This position will be based in Alpharetta, GA.

Reporting to the Director of Go-To-Market, the Senior Marketing Analyst supports the CAC division by identifying business problems and opportunities and providing strategies and recommendations to support the objective of becoming the market leader in VRF and DFS technology. This position requires close collaboration with team members to resolve issues across systems, processes or channels. The Senior Marketing Analyst is responsible for providing business related analyses and research in planning and forecasting, product performance, campaign performance, process performance, financial impact analysis, competitive benchmarking and market analysis.

Position Description:
Analyzes trends, prepares results and presents findings and/or recommendations to identify new opportunities, to improve business results, or to explain impact of business initiatives or strategies.
Identifies and understands the intended goals of the project/effort/request and identifies roadblocks. Applies advanced knowledge of the business, channels and their applications and processes.
Synthesizes the analysis and develops recommendations. As appropriate, independently creates project plans and framework for communication.
Conducts or directs market research and support the development of strategies and programs for new and existing products, markets or product lines.
Evaluates product performance and obtain “sales forensics” (market size, share, penetration, etc...) in support of company goals and objectives.
Provides up-to-date industry/construction market information (secondary), and competitive intelligence essential for the profitable growth of the company.
Provides analysis of sales activities and marketing campaigns.
Designs research projects, which answer particular business questions.
Builds organizational dashboards, which visualize fundamental performance indicators.
Conducts competitive analysis for maintaining the company competitive advantages.
Provides sales snapshots and reports including managing pipeline reporting process.
Develops marketing metrics for identifying effect-cause relationships between financial outcomes and marketing actions to raise profitability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Finance or related field. MBA Preferred
Strong market research skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
Must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
