Description
Nokia Indirect Online Sales channel team is looking for Sales Operations Manager, responsible for analyzing the business opportunities in online space and creating strategy as well as implementing the global operations model in in the fast growing indirect online sales channel globally, supporting the Head of Indirect Online Operations.
Indirect Online Sales channel is Nokia's premium channel to sell our value products via premium 3rd party online partners (e.g. Amazon.com) and to improve consumer experience during the shopper journey.
Duties include:
· Analyzing markets and online trends
· Analyzing sales results
· Creating online sales channel strategy
· Create channel plan based on in-depth analysis
· Implementing the global way of working (Operative processes and eShop design) to the LSUs
· Supporting regional Sales Managers and local Account Managers to run daily operations at LSUs
· New business development and deployment to LSUs, change management
· Ensuring sales figures are available from all partners for global review
· Analysing business based on sales reports, making proposals for business improvements
· Supporting in marketing activities and organizing customer events
· Maintaining portfolio of indirect partners and monitors their progress
· Supporting Indirect Online Interactive Manager in eStore design and marketing
Qualifications
Position Requirements; Person Specification:
· Deep understanding of online sales market and trends
· Experience to analyze market and strategy creation
· Proven commercial experience in a similar role (e.g. Online Services, Online Sales, Devices Sales, Solution Sales, Business Consulting, Retail sales or Etailer)
Broad understanding of Digital / Online / Ecommerce operations
Strong ability to lead high-performing virtual teams
· Business processes understanding and experience to implement processes
Proven influencing skills at senior level across multiple functions and geographies
Business planning experience and experience to work with F&C
· Self-driven way of working and capability to run several simultaneous projects
· Business leadership and analytical skills
· Experience to work with LSUs with customers
· Passion to continuous improvement in daily business operations
· Passion to bring new ideas to new business opportunities
