Nokia is a leading distributor of digital media with clients throughout the world. We are responsible for the complete digital media hosting and distribution process from receipt from the copyright holder to distribution to end users, revenue collection, royalty payments and a multitude of steps in between. We are currently undertaking a number of cutting edge development projects within the areas of PC, mobile and services; and are therefore looking to expand our already impressive development team.
We are looking for strong open source software engineers to help us grow and develop our teams and solutions.
Required key skills and experience:
Developing complex Java based solutions
Design and integration of java components within an enterprise environment
Ability to take architectural vision, communicate and implement it as working solutions.
Ability to analyse, maintain and evolve existing solutions
Strong working knowledge and understanding of software development lifecycles

Senior level experience delivering open source enterprise solutions
Commercial experience with
Java
Continuous Integration Tooling (e.g Ant, Maven, Cruise control, hudson, jenkins)
HTTP
XML, XSD, JSON
Linux or Linux O/S (Redhat, Centos, etc)
JEE application servers ( JBOSS, Weblogic etc )
Java Web servers (Tomcat, Jetty etc)
SQL
Hibernate, EJB, Spring
SVN, CVS or GIT
Beneficial experience / skills;
.NET development and toolset (C#, VB etc)
PHP
HTML/CSS/JS
Continuous Delivery systems (GO, etc)
REST
Service Orientated Architecture (SOA)
Cloud computing solutions (AWS, etc)
Code metrics tools (sonar etc)
Test driven development techniques
Mentoring, coaching or leading teams of software engineers
