Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to sell solutions to both large and small healthcare as well as flexibility to work in a highly matrixed environment (cross-functional and cross-business area) are essential to success in the position is essential. A high level of drive to succeed in a sales role. an understanding of how to achieve results in the given environment; ability to work with all types of individuals in multiple settings and locations and to promote diversity in the workplace. Must be able to prioritize and work effectively in a constantly changing environment.
