Position: Payroll Analyst

We are looking to hire a Payroll Analyst into our
team.


Minimum Requirements:


- Payroll processing experience, and hands on
experience with Oracle 11i/12R
- Hands on experience in MS Office applications (MS
Excel (including V-lookup) etc.,)
- Knowledge of data uploads through WEB ADI
- Strong HR analytics background - Human resources
management principles, theories, practices and methods
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written
communication skills; is able to communicate clearly in a variety of settings and styles
- Provide continuing analysis
- Retro Run and verification
- Maintain accurate & appropriate payroll related
documentation
- Ensure accurate payroll transactions are processed
on time as per company's policies & procedures
- Perform related HR duties as assigned - Minimum of
Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field
and additional certification will be add-on advantage
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Payroll and 2 or
more years in a same role
- Arabic knowledge will be add-on advantage
