Job Description
-The Head of Estimation shall be responsible for setting up the strategy, methodology and management of the proposal in line with the targeted area of discipline and in close coordination with the estimation team.
-He/She shall be accountable for efficient work accuracy output via staff and proposals.
-Supervises the executions and the presentation of proposals to tender boards while maintaining adequacy & accuracy; including risk factors and price levels.
-Act as focal point across the department, coordinating the task allocation of subordinates in coordination with other departments head and in line with the company targets.
-Actively participates in providing budgetary data while maintaining close control on all departmental budget insuring cost effective operations achieved
-Play Major role in negotiation transactions with targeted partners and projected clients and other stakeholder to maximize best value outcome for the company

Skills
-BS degree in Civil Engineering.
-Minimum 10 years of work experience (Minimum of 5 years in a senior estimation position )
-Proven skills such commercial awareness, negotiation skills and risk assessment skills
-Market awareness and systematic organizational thinking
-Familiar with most known computer software’s
