On behalf of our client, a leading and reputed local holding company, we are looking for an experienced Sr. Leasing Executive for their property arm. Responsibilities include - Leasing of large multi-unit residential and complexhigh value or bulk commercial units to ensure maximum rental values are maintained, department's revenue targets are met, vacancy times are limited, and customers are retained and satisfied at every step. - Advising and providing expertise to clients and line management in relation to markets trends and rental rates. - Generating business leads through developing a network of key sector contracts and marketing advertising initiatives. - Key accountabilities include o Leasing ( generating revenue) o Market Analysis and Business Developmento Customer Satisfaction and Relationshipo Operations (handover of property and weekly reports)
