Job description
The Business Analyst for Order Management is responsible for translating client's business requirements regarding order management processes and product modeling into specific Siebel system, product catalog, application, and process designs.
This includes working with client personnel and executives to identify functional requirements and subsequently working with and leading others in the identification, justification and design of the client's CRM solution.
Responsible for a wide range of activities from requirements analysis through design specification. Readiness to travel within the region and globally is required.
Skills Required:
Technical:
• General knowledge of Telco business systems environment
• Deep knowledge of Siebel Telco Order Management and Siebel Product Modeling
• General Knowledge of technology across platforms
• Analytical capabilities
Interpersonal:
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Negotiation skills
• Decision making skills
Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization
Required
Bachelor's Degree
English: Fluent
