• Responsible for achieving sales targets as part of a team
• Building effective sales and distribution cha'nnels
• Implement and follow the sales departmenfs specified policies and procedures
• Use of all sales tools to penetrate the market
• Communication with all stakeholders (internal and external) to achieve positive results
• Ability to build positive relationships with large employer groups
• Ability to solve problems positively and diplomatically
• Attend continuous training programs related to products, systems, policies and procedures etc
• Developing and implementing various sales and distribution channels for the company's products
• Ability to report regularly the sales progress and status of key account
• Ability to travel to other cities within KSA
