We are currently seeking a Recovery Service Operator / Driver to join our Honda team in Dubai. Essential Duties are as follows:
- Handling customer calls and coordinating with Service Supervisor.
- Technically well versed with recovery operations, loading and unloading vehicles with safety measures in place.
- Basic inspection skills on battery, tire and vehicle body and conduct basic testing procedures on vehicle to recover.
- Prepare Recovery Service Reports.
- Assist Technical Support Team on the floor.
- Follow Standards Service Procedures in Recovery operations.
- Familiar with all the routes and road in Dubai, Sharjah and other emirates in UAE.
- Ready to work on extended working hours.
