• Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements and Exhibition and transfer it to the concerned Account Executive by using the calls roster
• Answer incoming calls, greeting callers, providing information, transferring calls and/or taking messages as necessary.
• Compile information about new accounts, enter account information into CRM and file related forms or other documents.
• Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter Sales orders into Great Plains - Sales Module
• Collect the Monthly Installment and fees, and issue receipts.
• Refer customer's Questions and quires to designated departments.
• Prepare daily report including the Total number of visitors, hot calls, and evaluated customers
• Evaluate the potential customers
