Associate - Information Infrastructure Job - Greentech Consulting FZ-LLC

Associate in the Information Infrastructure Services Practice Group is a client-facing position whose objective is to assist his/her supervisors in sustaining Greentech's brand image with key operations-management personnel of the client(s) by consistently delivering high-quality of work-products. In order to assist his/her supervisors, the Associate shall be hands-on in delivering the products of a project.

Associates shall be expected to discharge functional duties as enumerated in the sub-sections below. Whilst the duties are enumerated below, candidates are informed that Job Roles like anywhere else evolve due to ever changing requirements of our Clients and the Associates may be required to shoulder additional responsibilities from time-to-time as per his/her Sr. Consultant and/or Consultant's directions.
• Assist IT Helpdesk: Assist IT Helpdesk at Client's premises,
 Fulfill Requests and perform ground-work as directed by Helpdesk, Systems, or Network Consultants on incidents
 Report back to Helpdesk or respective Consultants on the progress of Request Fulfillment or Incident analysis
 Follow-up with other partners/vendors at Client premises for closure of Requests/Reports
• Service Management: Assists in ensuring the availability, performance and security of IT services within agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
 Assists in managing crisis situations by performing work as directed by helpdesk or respective Consultants
 Adheres to ITIL-based processes for client's IT Service Management and specifically related to Helpdesk.
• Security Management: Assists in developing security solutions and operational support options
• Assist in Problem Solving: Carrying out work related to request fulfillment or incidents as directed by Helpdesk or respective Consultants from time to time and reports back on progress/closure.
• Installation and maintenance of hardware and software as per directions of Helpdesk or respective Consultant.
• Managing the Audio-Visual Infrastructure at client's premises and assisting the client personnel or visitors in using the same
• Works with external vendors to resolve service requests/incidents and initiatives aimed at the introduction of new technologies in the client location
