Job Purpose
The Commercial Performance Analysis Centre of Excellence (Centex) team at Etihad provides the core analytical function for the company; driving business improvement by providing expert guidance on network and product performance, identifying and quantifying opportunities and monitoring performance of key projects.
Centex is involved in deep analysis of revenue performance to identify emerging opportunities to support revenue targets. Working with business partners from revenue management, marketing, sales and operations, Centex performs analysis to ensure all revenue opportunities are explored from all market segments to maximize revenue opportunities. Creative analytical thinking is encouraged.
The team come from diverse cultural and education backgrounds and work in an environment that provides support and development opportunities to become subject matter experts and leaders in their field.
Responsibilities
The role will primarily involve the following responsibilities:
Assist in route profitability improvement plans.
Utilise available tools, market intelligence, economic data and internal reporting to measure, report monthly and advise on market activity, market performance and route performance.
Produce and present to management, bi-annual detailed commercial plans and budgets covering: seasonality, directionality, competitive activity or threat, agency support, corporate support, providing recommendations and managing the implementation of such plans to optimise route profitability.
Requirements
You should have a minimum qualification of MBA from leading school
You are required to have the following:
2 to 4 years of experience.
High level of academic performance.
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
Highly flexible and creative.
