Position Description




Ability to directly coach, mentor and improve the performance of the cells in production as well as be responsible for the equipment. This position will be 2nd shift and will complete the Cell Structure. Individual will also ensure production of finished goods in a safe manner that meets all quality standards. Additional responsibilities include improving productivity, efficiency, minimize waste and losses.




Bachelors degree preferred; previous supervisory and proven coaching aiblities, excellent leadership and organizational skills; strong computer skills.




Ability to work off shift - this opening is a 2nd shift position.
