Job description

The SAP HR Enterprise Learning Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables, particularly in the SAP HR Enterprise Learning solution. This role assists clients in the selection, planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support of large-scale SAP HR solutions.

The consultant will also be involved in improving operational metrics & developing business cases. He/she will provide functional knowledge, manage client relationships within the context of their role, and may lead a project workstream consisting of consultants, subcontractors, remote global resources, and client employees. The consultant also helps develop proposals and participates in sales pursuits. 100% travel.

This role assists clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions. They use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients' business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.

High School Diploma/GED

At least 2 years experience in Enterprise Learning

At least 3 years experience in SAP HR

Readiness to travel 50% travel annually
