IBM
Business Consulting Services is currently looking for an SAP Package
Integration Consultant with knowledge and experience with SAP CRM for
our Industrial CRM practice. Our CRM engagements span a wide range of
CRM process areas, including: Service Management, Customer Interaction
Center, Sales, Marketing and Internet Sales. This position will be
responsible for design, build, test and deployment efforts for SAP CRM
technology solutions. The position will provide hands on functional and
technical knowledge as well as manage client relationships within the
context of the role. Preferred candidates should have SAP CRM
certification. 100% travel required.

Required
High School Diploma/GED
At
least 3 years experience in Direct hands on experience designing and
implementing the SAP CRM module (Experience should include working with
version CRM 2007 or higher in both Sales and Service components.
At least 3 years experience in Experience with Interaction Center, Marketing, and e-commerce solutions is also highly desired.
At
least 4 years experience in Hands-on developed project deliverables
using a formal/structured methodology in support of packaged software
implementations
Readiness to travel 50% travel annually
English: Intermediate
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
At

Additional information
As
the majority of our work is performed at client sites with significant
travel required, applicants must live near major metropolitan airports.
