Job Purpose

Ensure that all target dates are met with timely submission of reports to the Head office and transactions are verified and recorded in line with financial policies and procedures.




Responsibilities

Your responsibilities shall include but not limited to:

Ensure Monthly closing of GL,AP, AR in oracle by 7th of each month.

Compliance QR Financial policies and IAPs.

Reconcile Fixed Asset confirmation.




Reconcile KCL reports, stockand submit reconciliations of (Both pax revenue documents and cargo).

Prepare Cash flow statements and submit by 25th of each month ato HO for following month (in weeks).

Adhere and Local laws are complied Maintain and documents indexed.

Prepare Budget as per schedule.




Requirements

You should have minimum of 3-4 years experience in airline accounting .




In addition, you are required to have the following:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Equivalent.

Any accounting Package, Preferably in Oracle Financials.

MS Word/Excel.

Basic knowledge of Pax and Cargo Accounting.

Knowledge on aviation related expenditure.

Knowledge of local taxes and regulations.
