Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Demand Planner. This position will be based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.

Position Description:
This position will be responsible for the following:
Demand plan development and management with both internal and external stakeholders
CPFR-Collaborative Forecasting planning and Replenishment – use internal SCM tools to create and audit sales and receipts forecasts.
Manage New Product introduction (NPI) forecast as well as Promotional/Event forecast and expectations customers while coordinating customer expectations to respective departments within LGE.
Manage expectations within retail link while arriving Consensus Forecast using specific CPFR tools and systems
Participate in weekly S&OP meetings to review sales, forecasts, sell-thru performance, and commitments
Evaluate and maintain KPI (ex: Forecast Accuracy, Fill Rate) while analyzing the variances and initiating appropriate corrective actions
Collecting and analyze weekly sell through data and publish reports to management
Regularly evaluate category actual performance to forecast, analyzing the variance and initiating appropriate corrective actions.
Ensure Marketing strategies and programs are accurately represented in the forecast, analyzing the variance and initiating appropriate corrective actions
Prepare documentation for and run weekly CPFR calls with internal and customer stakeholders
Attend some key customers PSI meetings and quarterly/annual planning meetings within Corporate office
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required with focus in SCM/Business/Finance/Marketing/Engineering preferred. MBA a plus
Position requires 3+ years of Forecasting, Supply Chain, Marketing experience.
Strong analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
Must be highly proficient utilizing MS Office (with higher emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint)
