Description

Purpose of Job

· Manage the global CRM communications plan across the Vertu customer lifecycle
· Delivers communications to support agreed CRM strategy and programme
· Proactively manages and communicates the customer contact plan to all key stakeholders, ensuring Vertu customers are receiving relevant, timely direct communications in order to maximise their loyalty to Vertu

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

· Designs and delivers relevant, targeted tactical and recurring CRM activities. Specifically, delivering communications to optimise customer registration, acquisition, engagement, retention and to reduce customer attrition.
· Delivers direct communications to support customer events and new product launches
· Considers all customer communication channels appropriate for Vertu customers
· Ensures that where appropriate direct campaigns are integrated with ATL, digital, Vertu.Me and PR
· Works with local marketing teams and sales managers around the globe ensuring central CRM campaigns are locally adapted and meet their needs
· Delivers best practice CRM guidelines and templates to all key stakeholders ensuring all global and local direct communications comply with brand, legal and corporate (finance & procurement) requirements
· Works with in-house development team ensuring registration database meets CRM and retail needs
· Tracks and evaluates campaign/communications performance, taking appropriate actions to improve ROI
· Works with third party suppliers/agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on budget
· Communicates CRM activity plan and shares results of such activity across key stakeholders
· Shares best practice CRM activity from both the luxury and non-luxury CRM landscape
· Analyses and generates insight relating to key customer performance indicators e.g. registration rates, engagement rates, customer value and attrition scores
· Reviews and adapts the CRM communications plan in line with customer performance indicators results

Experience and Qualifications Required

· Strong educational background - likely to be degree educated
· Proven record of delivering customer centric direct marketing communications with excellent understanding of all direct communication channels
· Experience of database marketing, email marketing and managing loyalty communications and customer relationships
· Experience of managing end to end marketing process with marketing agencies
· Direct experience of working on global direct marketing campaigns, prioritising and managing global vs. local communications
· Proven track record of analytical capability
